General Information
Meeting attire and weather: The dress for this meeting will be business casual. Bring comfortable shoes. The weather in Frascati, Italy will be around 54F/12C. Be prepared as it looks like it could be a little rainy. Please dress accordingly and bring your umbrella.
Power: Reminder to bring your travel adapters. Rome has 3 associated plug types: type C, type F and type L. power plug adapters.

For those participants who will be participating in meetings prior to the informal session in Frascati, we ask that you please make your own arrangements for your transfers to the Hotel Villa Mercede. Please coordinate with others who are in town to travel together out to Frascati.
TRAIN
taking train from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport to Frascati
The Leonardo Express is a Trenitalia train connecting Fiumicino airport with the main train station in Rome, Termini. It takes roughly 32 minutes and leaves the airport every half-hour, or every 15 minutes during peak hours. It’s non-stop service from the airport to Termini. The first train leaves the airport at 6:38 a.m., and the last of the day at 11:38 p.m. Once you arrive to Roma Termini you will then change trains to Frascati which will take 30 minutes. The one way trip will take about 1 hour 20 minutes.
When you arrive to Frascati the Villa Mercede is about 900 meters a 15 minute walk. Click here for the map

TAXI
If you do not have pre-arranged transportation arranged you can take a taxi from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport to Frascati will cost ~95 USD
